1. Equipment application
Heat exchanger test stand is designed according to the test requirements of CMM manual and the same type of products of foreign equipment manufactureres, and is uesd to complete the comprehensive test of the heat exchanger. The test stand is mainly used to test whether the heat exchanger meet the performance requirements after cleaning or repairing the 737 airplane heat exchanger, at the same time, meets the performance test requirements of A319,767,787 Airplane heat exchanger, regenerator, condenser.
2. Main characteristics
A. The system can test the pressure resistance and leakage of the heat exchanger, the gas circuit is supplied to the tested components to protect the tested components after passes through the filter of 5μ.
B. The test stand is equipped with a flow-pressure data acquisition instrument, can display and print the corrected flow resistance test parameter diagram by collecting flow, temperature and pressure of the pipeline.
C. The pipeline between the test stand and the flowmeter is stainless steel seamless pipe, all other signal collection pipes are stainless steel seamless pipes, there is no gas leakage throughout all test stand.
D. The control valve, stop valve, choke valve, on-off valve in the test stand all adopt aviation special valve, all control valves are flexible and sensitive.
E. The connection pipeline of the flowmeter meets the requirements of the equipment manufacturer, ensures that the test parameters are accurate.
F. The exhaust back end of the test component is equipped with a DN100 metal mesh to protect braided hose, for exhausting airflow of the flow test component, large flow muffler needs to be equipped at the end of the pipeline.
G. There is a gas recovery pipeline at the end of the test component on the high-flow circuit, the exhaust gas of parts of the test components can be discharged through the muffler after entering the discharge pipeline through the pipeline, reducing the noise pollution of the exhaust gas.
